Welcome to Day 4! Today we’re looking at what it means to ask God for things in prayer and how our obedience and faith impact the way we see His answers.

“And we will receive from him whatever we ask because we obey him and do the things that please him.”

💡 Heart of the Message: 

Have you ever wondered if God is really listening to your prayers? Sometimes it’s easy to feel like our requests are too big, too small, or maybe even unimportant. But today’s verse reminds us that when we pray in alignment with God’s will, we can trust that He hears us and will respond.

God loves when our hearts align with His—when we’re seeking His will above our own desires. When we walk in obedience, we’re drawn into God’s purpose for our lives, and our prayers become a way to connect with Him. We don’t need to wonder if He hears us; we can be confident that He does.

❓ Reflect and Respond: 

1. Digging Deeper: What are some things you’ve prayed for recently? How can you align your heart with God’s as you ask?

2. Applying the Text: Think about one prayer request that you may have been hesitant to ask God about. Bring it to Him today with boldness, trusting that He listens.
